Position: Deputy Vice Chancellor - Academic
Ref: AC/AD/01/07
Job Purpose: Shall be responsible for the academic affairs of the University and assist the Vice Chancellor in administration of the University, direct oversight of the faculty, curricula and quality programs.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A holder of PhD degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 4 years experience in academic affairs at a Departmental Head level.
  • Strong leadership skills that promote dedication, growth and academic excellence.
  • Excellent ability to build strong working relationships throughout the University community.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proven problem solving and organizational skills; flexible and calm under pressure.
  • Understands and prescribes to PAC University’s Statement of Faith.
Position: Lecturer
Department: Bible and Theology
Ref: AC/LBT/01/07
Job Purpose: Shall be responsible for the academic excellence and Spiritual guidance of PAC students through lecturing and exhibiting spirituality in their personal lives.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Relevant Masters Degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an academic institution similar to PAC.
  • Strong leadership skills that promote dedication, growth and academic excellence.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Understands and prescribes to PAC University’s Statement of Faith
Position: Library Assistant
Ref: AC/LA/01/07
Job Purpose: To provide efficient library services to all library users. Main responsibilities will include circulation, shelving, processing new materials, maintaining the database, Internet searches, inventory, etc.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A diploma in library and information science
  • 3 years’ experience in a busy library preferably an academic library
  • Be computer literate and conversant with library software and the Internet
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand and adhere to PAC University’s Statement of Faith
  • Must be a team worker.
Position: IT Assistant (Network Administrator)
Ref: IT/NWA/01/07
Job Purpose: Responsible for network administration and troubleshooting of the internal networks thus ensuring that all users can access the network.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Higher National Diploma in IT
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a holder of A+ and MCSE certification or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in an equivalent position in a busy office
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand and adhere to PAC University’s Statement of Faith
Position: IT Assistant (Lab Technician)

Job Purpose: Responsible for the optimal functioning, maintenance and use of computers in the computer lab.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Higher National Diploma in IT
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any field will be an added advantage.
  • Must be a holder of A+ and MCSE certification or equivalent
  • 3 years’ experience in an equivalent position in a busy office
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Position: Stores Clerk
Ref: ADM/SC/01/07
Job Purpose: Responsible for the optimal functioning of the utility Stores. To provide controls in management of stocks, inventory materials and institutional assets.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A good ‘O’ Levels pass (grade C)
  • Certificate or Diploma in stores management is an added advantage
  • 2 years’ experience and good acumen with numbers
  • Computer literate – conversant with MS applications
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be a team worker
